About the role

We are looking for a permanent part time Student Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Front Facing Team within the Student Enrolment and Information Centre.  Reporting to the Team Leader – Student Recruitment, the successful applicants will be energetic and have a passion for quality customer service. 

Are you an ideal candidate?

If you are a person with the ability to build instant rapport with our internal and external customers and can demonstrate proven success within a similar role then we are looking for you.  A high volume of customer interactions is something that doesn’t faze you whilst learning and maintaining strong and up-to-date understanding of all Wintec’s products and services.  Ideally, you will have a good understanding of qualifications and the tertiary education sector.

This position is for 18.75 hours a week.  Candidates must be prepared to work between campuses 5 days a week to assist frontline peak times.
