About the role

We are looking for a permanent Student Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Front Facing Team within the Student Enrolment and Information Centre in a full-time capacity. 

Reporting to the Team Leader – Student Recruitment/ Front Facing, the successful applicant will be energetic and have a passion for quality customer service. 

If you are a person with the ability to build instant rapport with our internal and external customers and can demonstrate proven success within a similar role, then we are looking for you!

A high volume of customer interactions is something that doesn’t faze you whilst learning and maintaining strong and up-to-date understanding of all Wintec | Te Pūkenga’s products and services.  Ideally you will have a good understanding of qualifications and the tertiary education sector. 

We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Please advise in your application what position you would prefer.
