Project Co-ordinator

About the role

You’ll be part of the future-focused Commercial Developments team, helping Wintec implement development projects and consulting opportunities across the Pacific, Asia and elsewhere.  We expect the successful candidate will fill a significant role in our team, providing high quality administrative support for project logistics, resource development and reporting and financial administration functions.

Are you an ideal candidate?

Are you an accurate, details focused person with strong literacy and numeracy skills.? Can you provide timely and precise input and coordination for international and special projects, specifically resource development, financial support and travel and contractor management. Do you have editing or curriculum resource development experience.

The successful person will possess a tertiary qualification, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, effective organisational management skills and the flexibility to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.  Experience with administration in the tertiary education sector would be an advantage along with project experience and supporting senior management. Familiarity with Sharepoint, Tech 1, TEAMS, CASCADE, timesheets and records management, and Microsoft Office tools would be ideal.
