About the Role

Wintec’s Centre for Health and Social Practice is looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join the team.

Based at Hamilton’s City Campus, the Centre offers internationally recognised counselling, midwifery, nursing, social work and mental health programmes.

You will co-ordinate cross functional workstreams and resources, gather and report information and co-ordinate specific cross functional projects and events as part of a longer term change plan.

A key focus of the role will be to co-ordinate change teams to ensure outcomes are delivered in a timely and effective manner. 

This is a 12 month fixed term role covering a career break.

Are you an ideal candidate?

You will establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be customer-focused, have strong communication skills, and understand how professional communication builds productive working relationships. 

Ideally you will have strong project coordination skills, project budgeting and reporting experience and knowledge of the tertiary education sector.
