Medical Administrator/Receptionist

Wintec -Te Pūkenga's Health Services is seeking an experienced medical administrator/receptionist who is reliable, strives for perfection, and with exceptional customer service skills to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team, part-time (25.5 hours) 4 days a week.

About the role

This part-time role offers variety with supporting our clinical and counselling teams in taking the best care of our patients.

As a team player with strong organisational and time management skills, you will be adaptable, open to change and able to relate well to people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.

Are you the ideal candidate?

The following skills and attributes are preferred but not essential as training will be provided:

  • Experience within a health care setting (ideally Primary care, but other comparable or adjacent industry experience will be considered)
  • Experience with Medtech general practice PMS systems
  • High standard for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solutions focus
