International Programme Manager

About the role

You’ll be part of the future-focused International Development Services team, helping Wintec identify, secure and implement viable projects in mainly developing countries. This includes responding to formal procurement tenders by multilateral development assistance donors, coordinating specialist consultancy and working with international partners to scope and implement significant programmes that build systemic capability for skills improvement in a range of country contexts. International jurisdictions include Asia, Pacific and the role includes strategic positioning for specific markets. Your combination of business acumen, education sector knowledge, awareness of developing contexts and experience managing complex people or change-related projects will contribute to your success in this role.
