Head of Nursing
Wintec’s Te Kura Mō Ngā Mahi Tiaki I Te Hapori (Centre for Health and Social Practice) is seeking a highly motivated Head of Nursing to join the Centre’s inter-professional management team, based in Hamilton.

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day
academic activities of the nursing team, and ensuring all resources are in
place for a quality learning environment. You will guide and support staff to
achieve agreed teaching, research and industry engagement outcomes and to grow

qualification(s) in nursing? With your highly developed communication skills,
line management experience and the ability to build and maintain strong
relationships with relevant industry sectors, you could find your next role in

- Strong nursing background in both educational and clinical contexts

- An understanding of the tertiary education sector
