About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated, approachable person who enjoys working in a structured, fast paced environment. We continually and passionately work on improving the student experience.
In this role you would be a part of the Domestic Admissions team who are responsible for assessing domestic applications against programme entry criteria and English Language requirements, issuing offers and making sure students receive everything they need to join us at Wintec for their studies.
This is an advisory not a recruitment role. The role requires great attention to detail and an understanding of how international relationships work. We use a Student Management System to manage applications and there will be a significant amount of data entry within the role requiring a high level of accuracy and computer literacy for you to be successful.
This role is for a full-time permanent position, this equates to 37.5 hours a week spread across 5 days!
Commencing
salary will be between $52,000.00 and $54,500.00, depending on the candidate’s
skills and experience, and we welcome applications from candidates whose
salary expectations aligns to this range.
Are you an ideal candidate?
We are looking for a someone who will seize the opportunity to initiate process changes, challenge the status quo and be a problem-solver by nature.
You will be highly proficient with various computer software programmes, including a good understanding of MS Excel, enjoy numbers and data and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy. You will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
No two days are the same, and we love to help other teams during busy periods – adaptability and flexibility are essential!
The ability
to build an instant rapport with our internal and external customers,
especially over the phone and proven success within a similar role is
beneficial – for all the nitty-gritty details, we will provide training and
support.
