You can apply your industry connections and leadership to guide the strategic direction of the Centre for Business and Enterprise. You will lead new areas of programme development and develop strong international partnerships, enabling Wintec to create education pathways into new focus areas to expand student experience.
About the role
Maintaining current industry connections and fostering new ones will be the core of your leading role in the Centre for Business and Enterprise. Not only will you keep abreast of the latest business trends, information and technology, but you will join a team who are passionate about what they do, and the students they empower. Joining our team is an exciting opportunity to influence and grow future education
We are eager to adopt Third Space Thinking, create tools for business graduates to make sense of a volatile uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. We also need our graduates to understand and deploy innovation as a group activity. We will lead new areas of programme development and develop deeper international partnerships to expand student experience.
As Centre Director you have the opportunity to lead one of our teams in developing competent, work ready graduates; and to develop strong industry links within NZ and internationally. The position requires a broad knowledge of the tertiary education and business sectors, along with strong leadership and change management skills.
