SODA Community Activation Coordinator

About the role

SODA Inc. is currently looking for a Community Activation Coordinator to work closely with team to assist in nurturing SODA’s communities.  The role is responsible for the following outcomes:

  • Contribution to SODA’s growth by managing and nurturing the communities of SODA.

  • Build and maintain SODA's reputation, brand and relationships.

  • Ensure the coordination, implementation and success of SODA events.

This is a busy role (40 hours per week) where you will manage the SODA Inc. co-working space including the sourcing of leads, managing the sales pipeline for new co-working clients and ensuring the existing co-working clients’ needs are meet.  This role will also assist with the coordination of SODA operations and events.

This requires someone who is able to work in a fast paced environment, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle varied tasks.  The key areas of focus for this role are as follows:

  1. Co-working Management - Manage the co-working sales process, receptionists present in the co-working space, enquiries, processing and converting enquiries into SODA co-working tenants.

  2. Operations – Assist with the coordination of SODA operations and support the team where necessary and provide professional and comprehensive administrative support.

  3. Events - Assist with the planning and coordination of events.

  4. Communications – Support in the implementation of SODA’s Marketing and Communications plan.

Are you an ideal candidate?

This is a fast-paced environment and will ideally suit someone with great communication skills and the ability to juggle varied tasks. A positive, can-do attitude along with a sense of humour is a must, as is the ability to organise and cope with competing deadlines. 

The role requires that you hold a Diploma in Business or Communications; or equivalent education/training.
