About the role
Are you an experienced Painting and Decorating Tutor or a qualified Painter and Decorator currently working in Industry and want to take the next step in your career? Come and join our team in a tutoring role at Wintec on our Painting and Decorating programmes run out of Corrections Spring Hill Facility. If you want to share your Industry knowledge and skills with tomorrow’s trades’ people then we would like to hear from you.
About the role. You'll:
- Be recognised National Certificate in Painting and Decorating (Level 4) qualification or equivalent
- Have a strong working knowledge right across the Painting and Decorating Industry including knowledge of current legislative and industry requirements
- Have a desire to sharing your Industry knowledge and experience to motivate people in a multicultural environment (you have been involved in training apprentices)
- Be an enthusiastic team player – collaborative, constructive and supportive of other team members and team results ·
