International Project Coordinator

About the role
You’ll be part of the future-focused International Development Services team, helping Wintec identify, secure and implement viable funded projects across the Pacific, Asia and elsewhere. We expect the successful candidate will forge a significant place within our small Wellington team coordinating specialist consultancy services and working with international partners, funders and other stakeholders to implement significant change programmes that build systemic capability for skills improvement in a range of industry and country contexts. The role includes assisting with strategic positioning for specific markets, bid preparation and scoping responses, setting up and administering project requirements and integrating process improvements.

Do you have relevant training and experience of at least a combined 5 years administering and coordinating similar types of projects, particularly in diverse and challenging environments? With your ability to take initiative and successfully navigate these challenges whilst keeping systems and processes in order and working for the people involved, this could be your next exciting move.
